Sheena demonstrates the AHCS mission, vision and core values by modeling the behavior she expects from employees. She promotes community involvement and builds relationships with family members. Sheena organizes many activities and events to include the popular “Family and Friends Dinner” at Merryfield ICF/IID. While doing all of this Sheena exhibits the compassion for residents and direct service skills that is expected from all employees.
